I sent a photo on an email to Southside Mowers and they responded at 4am in the morning saying they could help, it was over a missing screw for a cover on my Honda Snipper! I walked in and the man smiled and asked how he could help. Handed me the screw and said it’s an early Christmas present. What amazing service this was, thank you so much and you’ve just found a new loyal customer, I’ll be back to do my servicing of my gear moving forward.
Absolutely hands down some of the best service I have received ever. Could have up sold products but didn’t, just gave genuine honest advice. Will not go anywhere else from now on.
My 27 year old Echo trimmer needed some parts, they arrived quickly and were ordered correctly.
They always say "Shop Local" and when I did in Jimboomba - I was fobbed off by our local dealer and would have spent $2K more than I paid here with Southside Mower Centre. Can't Praise you guys enough. Outstanding Customer Service and Instruction on "how to use a Zero Turn mower". Thanks Toby in particular. I made it home and had help unloading mower. Spent all afternoon mowing. The most enjoyable 3 hours in a long time.

What can I say. I walked in and while I had to wait while another customer was being served, by the time it was my turn, my problem was solved in less time then I spent waiting which made the wait doubly worth it.
My husband spent an hour here on the weekend. Came b ack with a new mover! Said the guys were awesome.
